1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India from our warehouse in Karnataka.
International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Processing Time
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days after confirmation of payment.
During peak seasons, festive periods, or sales, dispatch times may be slightly longer.
3. Delivery Timeline
Delivery within Karnataka: 3–5 business days from dispatch.
Delivery to other major Indian cities: 5–7 business days from dispatch.
Remote or rural areas may take up to 10–12 business days.
All timelines are estimated; unforeseen delays (courier issues, weather, strikes, etc.) are beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
Standard shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value (if applicable, this will be mentioned on the website).
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID and courier details via email/SMS.
You can track your order using the courier’s tracking page.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make two attempts to deliver your order.
If unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us. Re-delivery may incur additional charges.
7. Damaged / Missing Packages
If your package appears tampered with or damaged on delivery, please refuse to accept it and notify us immediately sing details provided below (Contact us).
For accepted packages, if you find breakage or damage:
You must send us clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
A video recording of unboxing is mandatory for any damage or breakage claims.
Notify us within 24 hours of delivery using details provided below (Contact us) with order details.
